A Note from the Directors,

Before we were such a busy nation, inundated with video games, televisions, computers and cell phones, there were YMCA Resident and Day Camps. Summer is knocking at the door and we are so excited to begin another fabulous camping season. Our vision this summer is to get kids back to the basics we all knew as kids; celebrating the outdoors, playing, building friendships and being creative and imaginative.

The Coppell Family YMCA operates the widest variety of camps in the area serving preschoolers to teens. Our camps are award winning; receiving the Coppell Gazettes Best Summer Day Camp Readers Choice Award and Nickelodeon's Parents Pick Nominations and Awards for the Best Day Camp in the Dallas Fort Worth Area, just to name a few. This year is the 125th anniversary of YMCA camping and the 125th anniversary of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas.

Our history speaks for itself when we say we are leaders in both providing day camp experiences and serving the Metropolitan Dallas area. Our Administration hand picks a capable and qualified staff that understands your child's safety is our first priority this summer! We take pride in a program that is consistently safe and enriching every year. Jennifer, Olga and I, along with all of our wonderful staff, can't wait to meet your campers this summer!
